1. Gift certificates should be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance, which is the "spend by" date included on the gift certificate.
2. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the www.AustinHamilton.ca Web site, http://www.austinhamilton.ca, toward the purchase of products listed in www.AustinHamilton.ca's online catalog.
3. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or discount coupons.
4. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
5. Gift certificates can be redeemed only once; after first purchase with gift certificate, unused balance will be not redeemable.
6. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
7. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
